The entire line is equipped with fully automatic printing machines, double-track reflow soldering machines with ten temperature zones, wave soldering machines from SUNEAST, and X-RAY inspection machines. Each EMS PCBA assembly line is equipped with AOI visual inspection. The PCBA OEM area is fully air-conditioned. A component warehouse with constant temperature and humidity.
